Street Outreach
Our dedicated team of volunteers actively engages with young people on the streets, offering help, support, and mentorship to those in need. With extensive experience and diverse backgrounds, both men and women in our team are committed to making a difference.
We believe that by meeting young people where they are, we can build bridges to guide them toward more positive choices. Our outreach extends to schools, families, shopping centers, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
To maximize our impact, we transport volunteers to key outreach locations, including John Street, Cabramatta, and T-Way Bus station at Stocklands Wetherill Park where we connect with young people, providing guidance and support in real time.
Cabramatta Freedom Plaza
In collaboration with local community partners, our One Eighty Outreach team is stationed at Cabramatta Freedom Plaza on Tuesday and Friday nights. Our dedicated volunteers engage with young people, offering mentorship, support, and a safe space to connect. By building relationships and providing guidance, we aim to reduce the risk of anti-social behaviour and help young people navigate toward better opportunities in life.
T-way STOCKLANDS Wetherill Park
In collaboration with Stockland Wetherill Park and the Fairfield City Council Crime Prevention Officer, the One Eighty Outreach bus and our dedicated volunteers are stationed at the centre to engage with young people. Our goal is to minimize the risk of anti-social behavior while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them discover better pathways in life.
Special thank you to Stockland for the 2019 StocklandCARE Grant which enables us to continue our outreach activities and programs in the Fairfield LGA. We appreciate your support.
